A refreshingly fruity Spanish rosé MADE for heat waves. Working out of the oldest winery in Navarra, Latido wines are made by Sara Martinez Lagos from grapes grown in her 1.5 hectare vineyard. Her wines are based exclusively on the garnacha variety, including red, white and rosé expressions, grown on deep and poor calcareous clay soils. FUN FACT! In the sub zone of Navarra, also called the “low mountain” area, they see consistent winds which regulate temperatures and bring freshness to the forefront of the lineup! Strawberry sorbet, fluttering florals, buddhas hand citrus, caramelized cherries & a straw bale smeared in raspberry compote. Enjoy alongside a mussel heavy paella.
