Laurent Bordes and Annica Landais-Haapa work with organic and biodynamic growers across ten diverse regions of France, and ferment out of their former WWII bunker in the heart of Bordeaux. Their project focuses on unique blends that see little or no intervention, and works to give urban drinkers access to a drinkable connection with agriculture. A flash of vibrancy, prettiest of strawberries – just-picked, jammed and naturally scented shampoo, mineral tension, citric acid tingles & a whirling bath bomb level of carbonation. Enjoy with kebabs.
