'Small Lot Gamay'

Gamay, Niagara, Ontario 

Take a freaking load off & kick back in an Adirondack chair with a big fat glass of Gamay from Ontario’s finest, Shiraz Mottiar. Initially fermented in custom limestone concrete, then transferred to a mix of neutral, old & new oak to undergo malolactic fermentation & age for 16 months, this is a wiry & muscular little Gamay who looks unassuming but will straight up destroy you in an arm wrestling contest. Candied black cherry, deep plum, with a dash of savoury black olive & spicy black pepper.
