Portuguese oenologist Francisco Baptista has nearly three decades in the wondrous world of wine, and truly delivers with this crisp & coastal cutie patootie. The stunning terroir is akin to a roman amphitheatre, the ocean its stage. Planted in granite soil, with great youthful influence brought by the Atlantic Ocean. Ripe green apple, citrus sparklers, poached pear, honey + comb, mango in the grass & a spoonful of salt. Enjoy with popeyes popcorn shrimp & tartar sauce.
