Made exactly the same as his benchmark La Lune, except with a year in clay amphora instead of barrel, expect that trademark, luminescent and slightly luscious Chenin Blanc texture with the added benefit of a distinct, terracotta-like texture on the tongue thanks to the amphora. Wildflower honey, fresh marzipan, tart green apple, pear skin, macerated gooseberries, apricot pulp & a long, crystalline finish, gauzy silken texture & a laser beam of radiant acid.
