From a family of winegrowers that has been working in the RhĂŽne Valley since 1481 (!), with the familyâs winemaking torch passed down an unbroken 16 generations (excusez-moi?)! Made with the best grapes, which Jean-Louis selects himself, from a few talented organic winegrowers, we have a warm blend of rubied Grenache (40%), spiced Syrah (40%), full-bodied MourvĂšdre (15%) & umami-laden Carignan (5%). Intense garnet in colour with black cherry liquorice, earthy incense shop, sweet spices, blackberry essence & violets. Pair with duck leg confit & listening to your fave local jazz radio station.
