A zesty, broad white that poses an exciting alternative for the sauvy b lover. Domaine de la Potardiere is a small winery in the petite town of Loroux Bottereau, Loire Valley. Managed by the Coullaud family for five generations, they focus on regional grapes, elegance & soil expression. The vines rest on gentle slopes of volcanic rocks called serpentinite, as well as silty and sandy soils that can be felt and tasted in the bottle. Supreme lemon-lime acidity, fresh florals, green apple pop, pear juice, ruched texture from six months on the lees & salty minerality screaming for a sunny day. Drink now accompanied by any raw fish or crustacean.
