A gift from the chillable-red heavens, in a conveniently sized litre format! Fabien is a fifth generation winemaker working with 44 acres of organic and biodynamic vineyards in the mountains of Cahors, southwest France. Made with equal parts floral cinsault, opulent grenache and âFabienâs specialtyâ the plump and smokey malbec, plus musky muscat of Hamburg (a red grape!) all macerated for one week, and aged in concrete for six months to meld into juicy oblivion. The vines are 35 years old on average, grown organically and planted on clay-limestone hillsides that offer a cool minerality to the wine. Purple butterfly pea kisses, strawberry kiwi yogen frĂŒz, many tangy raspberries, floral notes, pulverized shells. Enjoy while wearing a lycra onesie & stretching your hammies.
