Organic Vermentino harvested from two vineyard sites, both on clay-limestone soils, gives a crisp kick of depth and minerality to this lighter-bodied white wine. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and left undisturbed for one year prior to bottling to maintain a fresh and delicate fragrance.
