‘Norte Sur Rosado’

We’re not “Rosé All Day!” types but when faced with this fruit-forward & dry rosé, we’re in no position to argue! Norte Sur is not only the millennial pink wine of our daydreams, it’s also ultra-sustainable: they’re certified organic, recycle all of their wastewater and source all of their energy from renewable sources – they’re even working towards a carbon-neutral certification! Props to Punctum. And props to this snappy, summer-ready rosé with notes of cherry Jolly Rancher, Cawy watermelon soda and fresh strawberries with a salty, mineral finish. A rosé we could follow to the ends of the earth, or at least the next function.
