Hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented with their skins for 20 days, Nacho gradually removes the skins from the mix to help control extraction and maintain balance. Spiced cranberry, delicately pomegranate tinged VA, fruit pits, ink made from plum skins, mushroom deep end & sandstorm tannins. Enjoy with turkey legs & cold plunges.
