BLANKbottle is to wine as free jazz is to music: they are not bound to any specific vineyard, grape, or style, making wine blended from many different regions, microclimates & soil types. They allow the wines to come together & reveal themselves naturally on their own rather than imposing a style on them before they even exist! And yet it always works out! This is a weighty, round, Southern Rhone-inspired white, waxy & textured w/ flavs of sunkissed apricot, Greek yoghurt w/ honey, ginger, salted almond & aniseed.
