Made in the Champagne method, with plentiful, soaring bubbles, this sparkling is exactly what we imagine was in the glasses of the mansion party goers in The Great Gatsby. Hazelnut, walnut, honey and butter on crust, apricot jelly, hawthorn, mandarin cream & a grassy bitterness to keep us grounded.
