The vineyards sit in the heart of the volcanic Soave appellation (in Monteforte DâAlpone), while also producing Valpolicella & Amarone. âOttoâ is blend of multiple parcels ranging from 30-60 years, and aged on their lees for 4-5 months of clarifying development. Sour apricot, blooming jasmine tobacco, peach cream, hawthorn, salted pear salad, lemon + lime, golden kiwi, guava undercurrents & a hot stone massage. Enjoy while eating a shrimp cocktail on a makeshift patio, with a nearby busker performing âEvery Breath You Takeâ on the saxophone.
