An authentic southern Chilean Itata experience from front to back, these wines boast sustainable agriculture, flor influenced complexities and a long history; grapes have been in this region since the 1550s, and for good reason. Made from 150-year-old ungrafted paĂs bushvines located in Los Pellines, Trehuaco, grapes are fully destemmed for their flor-inducing open tank fermentation. Purple marker(!), grapes wrapped in plastic, whole violet flowers all the way through, cherries, smokey herbs, salt nâ pepper, cool but fleshy texture, grippy tannins pull at you & bloody minerality swings and doesnât miss.
