Meet 'Paty', our GW House Orange with a BRAND NEW LABEL thanks to Toronto art star Laura Dawe! Our house wines are a collaboration with winemaker Roberto Echeverría and the culmination of our dream to offer delicious and quality wines at excellent price points. We flew all the way to Curicó Valley to blend this beloved cuvée, a spicy, savoury orange to go with anything and everything. This year's blend includes 60% herby sauvignon blanc, 20% aromatic moscatel and 20% rich and romantic viognier for a plush mouthfeel we can't get enough of. The end wine is spicy and textured, much like a growing snake shedding its skin. Chamomile, yellow dragon fruit, vegetable drawer, salt kicked up by boots of acidity & a chalky texture that sticks to your teeth and brings you good luck. Enjoy with veggie delights of all kinds, roasted, steamed or raw.
