The berried, floral alvarelhão, spiced n’ herby pedral and tart, tannic cainho tinto grapes are handpicked, destemmed and gently macerated for light extraction of tannins and colour. FUN FACT! Pardusco is the name given to the first Monção red wines (light coloured, low alcohol) exported to England in the 14th century! A pale ruby, pepper pouch, graphite clarity, crunchy berry spiked seltzer, wild strawberry leaves, black liquorice & soft spice. Enjoy chilled way down alongside homemade calzones.
