The ‘Les Guettottes’ is made from his organic, 50-year-old estate vines in Savigny-les-Beaune, which sprout from very stony, clay-limestone soils. FUN FACT! This vineyard is harvested last, as it is eastern facing and cooler, in order to capture ripeness and phenolic development!
