A white blend of fleshy freshness in love with rich dishes. Brand new to Ontario, the fermentations of chefs turned winemakers, Emily Campeau and Christoph MĂŒller are all the BUZZ! They focus on polyculture cultivation, gustatory significance & creative assemblage. ‘Pasta Buzz’ is a mishmash of all their white grapes, including: creamy pinot blanc, floral mĂŒller thurgau, grassy bacchus, and piwis (grape varieties crossed together to combine disease resistance and wine quality), musky muscaris & spiced johanniter see a mix of skin fermentation for fullness, and direct pressing for quaff-ability. Starfruit, flowering clover, lil buttery, lemon fruit gusher, cucumber skin & a smooth but bouncing mineral flare like the sun on waves. Enjoy with eating wayyyy too much clammy pasta, exchanging foot massages & viewing the newest season of The Bear.
