A mix of direct pressing and maceration concocts a vibrant, greedy nose and striking colour – imagine if Pantone had a colour called ‘blushing candy lobster’. The ‘Piak! rosé’ is serving salted raspberry sorbet, crunchy Fuji apple skins, grapefruit mint leaves, cherry taffy pull & watermelon juice squeezed on acacia wood.
