Winemaker Birgit's vineyards are balanced between the warm winds of Lake Neusiedl and cool breezes of the Leithaberg mountains. FUN FACT! Birgit’s winemaking family tradition stretches back to 1632! Her soils are a complex balance of juxtaposing minerals & positively bursting with life sustaining flora and fauna. Biodynamically farmed pinot blanc whistles a happy bird-like tune as it expresses gentle almond, perfectly sour mango, flint flecks, pear skin tannins, seashells & a whipped banana type leesy body. Drink with mild cheeses & crostini, or lick it right off the cheese knife.
