A fresh n’ youthful coral-toned white from just across the lake. Malivoire is a well-known, sustainably farmed project that began in 1996, and has since maintained their focus on making expressive, cheerful wines from healthy Niagara fruit! The multi-toned and fruit forward pinot gris is destemmed and pressed for clarity. Honeydew skewers, zested lime tang, yellow apple mash, pineapples in cream, rushes and reeds & green apricots. Enjoy with Thai fish cakes; all you need is sole, red curry paste, egg, rice flour and fish sauce!
