A sociable, weeknight-warrior pinot that tends to spill on the carpet, but you canât be mad cuz they're PINOT! Founded in 1997, Haut-Blanville's 70 hectares of vineyards extend across many terrains, starting at the Mediterranean and rolling in every direction. Their wines are produced without the use of any additions, except a minimal amount of sulphur at bottling. This rich pinot noir comes from the limestone and basalt soils of a cool, single vineyard that really keeps the acidity in queue. Spiced plum, leather lighter holder, perfumed raspberry, black cherry, medicinal chocolate bar & a tender tug of tannins. Enjoy with delicatessen meat, fruit salad and roquefort.
