Like a twirling ballerina that can sing opera & gives really good hugs. From fourth-generation winemakers Alberto and Barbara Paltrinieri, âPiriaâ is that rockinâ best friend of a sparkling wine, whos fav genre is German metal & fav drink is straight vodka. Made with 70% intensely aromatic lambrusco di sorbara and 30% more delicate lambrusco di salamino (named after salami, because of the shape of its grape clusters!). Together, theyâre crisp and savoury, with ultra fine bubbles. Macerated on the skins for three days, and fermented in stainless tanks with temperature control to allow space for these heightened aromatics to flourish. Strawberry juice, rose petal, hibiscus, wild cherry, raspberry and orange rind, lemon biscuit, rhubarb, gravel, white pepper & balsamic. Pair with herbaceous crab spaghetti or a nice metal straw.
