A stony, berried and bright sangiovese rosé for any snack-centric occasion. Podere 414 is the project of oenologist Maurizio Castelli in western Tuscany, boasting biodynamic principles and 13 certified organic hectares of vines. ‘Flower Power’ is a rosato made from early-harvested sangiovese that is gently treated and comes to us as salmon hued as one could hope. Wildflowers, pineapple skewers, crunchy apricot, grapefruit framework, gravel pathway & earthy lees stir up the texture. Enjoy with the fresh platter at your next bat mitzvah, wake or baby shower!
