Top of the heap is Claus Presisinger, a young biodynamic grower operating out of a small, modern winery in the sub-appellation of Gols, which is literally #goals. He was the first winemaker to start experimenting with skin contact and when we visited a few summers ago (#humblebrag) truly every wine he makes is spectacular. The Puszta has quickly become one of the most iconic bottles of ânatty glou glouâ wine on the planet. We just want to pack a case of these into a cooler and drive off into the distance.
