Sivi is Pinot Grigio but like, on disco acid, a liquid Pucci print of hyper-pigmented flavours and textures, spun in the finest hibiscus-hued silk. Bottled in a standard 750ml format with a slightly shorter maceration time, Sivi is a perfect introduction to Radikon with all of the usual bells and whistles. 10-14 days on the skins, a year and a half in Slavonian oak and bottled without filtration and a minute dose of sulphur. Blood orange marmalade, ginger kombucha, rhubarb panna cotta, hibiscus infusion, depths of the earth, starry-eyed acid & the softest of white tea tannins.
