A fleshy, fruity and STILL southern Ontario cider inspired by northern Spain. Through honed fermentation instincts and a visionary mind, Revel combines farm-grown and foraged fruits, with plant parts to create wines, ciders & hybrid bevies galore! ‘Txotx!’ is inspired by the still sidra of northern Spain, and made from a single barrel of vintage cider with apples from 2016, 2017 and 2018, plus a dolgo crabapple cider from 2025. FUN FACT! Meant to be poured from a height – watch this video of Tariq to really get a sense of the grandeur – as the air contact volatizes the aromatic compounds, similar to decanting a wine, but hyper-speed! FUN FACT #2!! This bottle comes with a special cork that doubles as a spout, so you can practice your long pour without spilling a drop!! Spring meadow, warm woods, pineapple skewer, papaya and citrus salad, clover, warm hay & tacky tannins coming both from the apples and time in barrel. Climb a tree, to the second story of the jungle gym or atop your sturdiest step stool and pour to your hearts content!
