Garage rockinâ, Frankenstein awakened, child of wild creationâŠitâs ALIIIIVE!!!! Garage Wine Co. began in 2006 out of Canadian ex-pat Derek's Chilean garage. From the beginning, he was dedicated to celebrating the incredible dry-farmed, pre-phylloxera vines of Chile, at the time largely unrecognized in the larger wine world despite having a history dating back to the 1550s. Partnering with small farmers in Maule and Itata, these are 1-2 hectare plots with huge stories to tell. PaĂs is the smoky savoury regional grape star of the show. Blueberry with leaves, spiced mulberry jam and floral boysenberry, dried rose bouquet, thick balsamic & smoking cigars in the hot tub. Truly few wines deliver more quality and character per dollar. Enjoy with fire grilled lobster mushrooms.
