Meet Pjcol Ross, a very rare, nearly extinct Lambrusco grape local to Val dâEnza, deep in the heart of the region. Itâs so rare that Rinaldini is the only producer that makes this 100% version currently dazzling your sightline (okay, we admit this label is just FINE, itâs about the juice, people!). Like a fizzy hot tub of blackcurrant juice, plums, plums everywhere, sizzling acidity, thorny balsamic ash & a tongueful of umami on the finish. A solid match with an afternoon snack of street roasted chestnuts, persimmon slices & wild boar terrine.
