And just like its European cousins, Blau is a juicy, easy-going & slightly spicy red with the smallest tickle of tannins that we’d drink every single day if we could. Fermented with wild yeasts, the wine was aged for five months in neutral French oak & bottled without fining or filtration. Sour cherry, cranberry cocktail, rhubarb bitters with a slight white pepper vibe and a slightly pithy, bitter finish. Pair with tiny tops, big bottoms and French bistro staples.
