PTG is back, baby! Cute for Passetoutgrains, the famous Burgundy blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, this year’s vintage was blended with a third Blaufrankisch, adding a new, intriguing layer of depth to this already bangin’ light red. Wild fermented and aged in tank for 5 months, then bottled unfined and unfiltered, this drinks like the latest instalment in an already impeccable franchise – Ocean Spray cranberry cocktail, POM, raspberry stain, a touch of white pepper & the first delicious cherry of summer. Pair with deckside hangs, doing nothing & and something involving pomegranate molasses.
