Rosewood is a ceaselessly creative, local winery—with a focus on sustainable, healthy soil and flourishing bee colonies—fermenting scrumptious, daily delights along Ontario’s Niagara peninsula.  Here, whole grape clusters were placed in unlined clay amphora, and sealed to jump start carbonic maceration – think fizzy n’ lush juiciness! ‘Pure Imagination’ also went through malolactic fermentation, for a smooth & pearly, matcha cream dream. Alongside sour rose hips, tangerine oil, ripe kiwi, mashed grapefruit & guava – like a Willy Wonka fountain of (bone dry) fruit punch realness! Drink this wine through a liquorice straw, on a gummy toadstool, while stuffing your face with your fave spicy food (a perfect pairing). Hot tip! Be on the watch for the ten designated 'golden corks’ that have been placed at random in their bottles - tickets to a private dinner at Rosewood!
