Rosewood is a ceaselessly creative, local winery—with a focus on sustainable, healthy soil and flourishing bee colonies—fermenting scrumptious, daily delights along Ontario’s Niagara peninsula. Here we have luscious savagnin, mother of chenin, and fast friend to us all. Also a unique variety to be coming out of the Twenty Mile Bench in Niagara. FUN FACT! For those who have yet to visit, it is actually a double bench, made up of two flat strips of land that unfurl from the Niagara escarpment down towards Lake Ontario. Aged 20 months before being bottled without fining or filtration. Skeleton in the desert dry, firelight acidity, escarpment minerality caressing citrus chews, micky D’s apple slices, a lean & high-toned wonder of Ontario.
