A fruity, fresh nâ mineral New Zealand sauv blanc for Monday movie nights. Selection Massale was founded in 2021 by New Zealand wine importer and maker (as of 2018) Dan Gillett. His goal is to produce approachable, accessible and high quality wines from certified organic grapes in great places. Fermentation at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks allows the wine to retain its genuine fruit expression without outside influence, and is aged on lees for 12 months to lock in lasting aromatics. Gooseberry, lime leaf, grapefruit salad, elderflowers, marble chess set minerality & nettles. Enjoy with anything featuring Javier Bardem.Â
