An aromatic & crushable Argentinian white blend. A collaboration between winemaker Sebastian Zuccardi and beloved UK natural wine importer Les Caves de Pyrene, the Ballena del Sur is named after a well-known whale that frequents Argentina's waters, the label a representation of the eye of the ‘Ballena’, melded with an abstract grape. A blend of organic, waxy, green semillon and floral, stone fruity torrontes grown in the cool and volcanic Uco Valley. Soft n’ subtle floral aromatics, pristine lychee, pulpy grapefruit juice, green nectarine, candle dipping & a zippy lemon pith ending. Enjoy with ritz crackers and spreadable cheeses.
