Sette’s Rosato is an herbaceous & savoury, young vine delight. From Barbera heaven, aka Asti, Piedmont, winemakers Gino and Gian Luca are working to show what natural winemaking can produce in a conventionally dominated landscape. The 'Rosato’ is a smoked duck leg meets overgrown rosemary forest, fried sage, red currents & campfire sweater a few days after you’ve returned home. This wine pairs well with chatting some hot goss over a cheese board, wearing sunglasses inside your local café and reading Kitchen Confidential for the second time.
