A leesy, animated & clearly alpine bubbly rosé. From the Dolomite mountains in Trentino, Cantina Furlani is a high-altitude haven for low-intervention farming. Here, winemaker Matteo Furlani works with local and international grapes, creating dynamically minded wines that play with tradition. From 35-year-old, lusty pinot noir vines, the grapes are gently pressed, bottled with lees and left for 18 months picking up a bread-y backbone. Strawberry wrapped pear, lychee, stale brioche, salt, green apple, floral sprigs & sandy minerality. Enjoy with tuna tartare & a looong card game.
