Winemaker Francesc organically tends the old regional vines planted by his grandfather from inside a breathing web of forests, wild herbs and hazelnut, almond, orange, olive and carob trees. The 13-year-old vines are sourced from a trusted nearby neighbour, and see five days of semi-carbonic maceration which gives a sweet, bejewelled hue and pouncing aromatics. Lip-smacking with cherry flavoured rock candy sticks, maraschino cherry jar, pink peppercorn, a pinch of cellar musk & a rockslide of minerality. Serve chilled, while dancing til your feet give out.Â
