Bagatelle is Guillaume’s signature wine and although common for the region, it is anything but ordinary. Crisp, fresh raspberries, red licorice, savoury tomato leaf, with soft, prickly tannins. Just as in classical music, this Bagatelle is a light, mellow and unpretentious composition - perfectly reliable and never gets old.
