The Annapolis Valley is a long, relatively narrow valley located on the western edge of Nova Scotia, resting between two mountain ranges along the shores of the Bay of Fundy. The certified organic blend is comprised of: (55%) sauvignon blanc-esque lâacadie blanc, (20%) zesty chard, (12%) rounding riesling, (10%) aromatic geisenheim & (3%) rosy siegerrebe. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve the natural freshness and aromatic purity, this white is clean, salty and oh so pristine like a Nova Scotian ocean splash. Mountainous on the nose, with yellow nectarine, underripe pear, meyer lemon + blossoms, gobs of salinity & mouthwatering acidity to finish. Where are our salad die hards at?
