This easily transportable & oh-so-environmentally friendly 3-liter bag-in-box, has an 84% LOWER carbon footprint compared to four 750ml glass bottles containing the same wine. We love so see it! First founded in 1981, Valli Unite today is a tight-knit certified organic, co-operative working 10 hectares in Costa Vescovato, Piemont, and making everything themselves, from wine, to honey, to salumi! This particular box of our dreams, contains a blend of spiced barbera, floral dolcetto, citric croatina and berried merlot all grown on white clay. The cast spent five days with their skins extracting vigorous and juicy texture, was fermented in cement and then aged for one year getting ready for their debut. Brambly n’ thorny wild bushes and juice stained fingers, purple shisho leaf luminosity & reading a leather-bound book with smoke lingering in the air rusticity.
