Mortellito is a two hectare piece of salt-sodden countryside where winemaker Dario Serrentino’s great-grandparents lived in the early twentieth century. Their minimal intervention wines follow suit in Sicily, a revered hot spot for innovation and organic wine for some time! FUN FACT! Dario used to sell his grapes to famed natural wine producers the likes of Frank Cornelissen and Lamoresca, talk about #GoodGrapes!
