A rich and raucous red, ready for a Thursday night IN! The ‘Mondeco’ vineyards stretch along the banks of the river Mondego, giving the wine its historical name. A blend of five grapes dominated by lush tinta roriz (aka tempranillo), and bold touriga nacional. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks so as to preserve the ripe and satisfying fruit aromas. Dark power, raspberry reduction, cedar smoke, rosemary hot cocoa & cherry flavoured tobacco. Enjoy with hard and stinky aged cheeses or lamb shank.
