Ontario House collaborates with local producers we love, the first release coming from our sweet pals at Paradise Grapevine. Whatta year in Niagara for Austrian-born grape Rotburger! Left weeks later than usual thanks to ideal conditions, these grapes were crushed under foot by some wicked witches of the west-end (thatâs US!), and then punched down once a day for seven days to extract graceful tannins, before light pressing and getting tucked into neutral french barrel for five months of self reflection. Raspberry yoghurt cup, thyme patch, gourds a plenty, cherry cough drop, cool minerality & tannins that spin out and skid across your tongue. Dangerously delicious and easy to drink at a sessionable 10.5%. Enjoy with avo toast Tuesdays or waffle bar Wednesdays while watching the Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote duke it out for ruler of the desert highway.
