Like skating along a frozen lake though a purple evening dusk. Third generation Austrian winemakers, Lisa and husband Georg, take care of the winery with experience & energetic support from their family members. Grown sustainably on loam and loess soils that are projected into and through their wines. These Rotburger grapes are gently pressed and macerated for three weeks to extract pleasing & tender tannins before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Deep opaque red with violet tones, full cherry fruit, forest grounds & harmonic acidity. Pour this 1L bottle with beef dumplings & plum sauce.
