A fresh, berried and bursting Ontario sparkling rosé for HOT summer nights! Bon Sang! is a new and dynamic Ontario producer making delicious, guzzle-able, and low intervention wine out of underrepresented hybrid and regional grapes, grown by responsible farmers across the province. ‘Bevy' is the twin flame to Drinks Farm’s newest vintage of  ‘Labrusca’, using the same fredonia grapes that were picked from the same vineyard, on the same day! The spiced, rich, fredonia grapes were foot-stomped and pressed to be co-fermented with direct-pressed, citric, verdant aberarder and floral, honeyed frontenac gris, plus a small addition of whole clusters of frontenac gris steeped like tea bags into hot water. FUN FACT! Aberarder is an NEW, Ontario-born, cold-climate variety coming directly from its only grower to date, Alton Farms Estate Winery in Plympton-Wyoming, ON! Fresh stalks of rhubarb seasoned with sweet spices, riverside wildflowers, cranberry harvest, melange of mints, gum-ball machine, sturdy minerality & the perkiest, pretty as can be bubbles.
