Who is this mischievous little cherub?! A nod to a carved, old barrel in town and lovingly drawn by Daniel and Jonas Brand’s grandmother, a local artist who draws all of their labels! We love good boys who love their family! Part of the ‘pur’ series, this is a nod to traditional Austrian field blend 'Gemischtersatz,' a region in Austria whose style is also co-fermented field blends made with no sulphur or other additions. Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Kerner were fermented with wild yeasts, followed by some time in old oak and stainless steel before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Fistfuls of herbs, salty apricots, a perfect grapefruit (not the dry ones, ew) meet gingery charm and spice. Cloudy lemonade, dandelion tea, elfin & good-natured, the perfect youthful party boi, Timothée Chalamet and the peach.
