A perfect wine to symbolize leaving your comfort zone, possibly in favour of an adventurous trip across the country, or even the WORLD. This charismatic family rebuilt their farm over the past 25 years and it is now run by the gifted sisters Agnes and Katarina (and their two partners), all together, they are making some of the most exciting skin-contact wines we know! FUN FACTS! They practice beekeeping across their 17 hectares of vines, and as for the rest of their 350 hectare farm, they tend to livestock, grow poppies, barley, wheat & more! The refreshingly acid-forward riesling is from 10-35 year old, biodynamically tended vines. They see a 10-day maceration extracting gripping tannins, six months in terracotta eggs (hello EGGSTASY), and a two year maturation in neutral wooden barrels – made of oak trees from their forest! Orchid, apple medley, mouthwatering peach ring tartness, quince jam, pomelo perfume & tannins that reach down, touch our hearts & fill them with glee.
