‘M&M’ Blanc

A structured, mineral and aromatic, zero-zero orange to hold near and dear. Jean-Louis Pinto has operated his negociant project since 2010. Based near Limoux, he sources organic and biodynamically tended grapes from unique plots, while working out of a small cellar beneath his family home. Each vintage is an exploration of grape, region and style and we look forward to their teeny-tiny annual release every year! The 50/50 blend of concentrated, aromatic muscat and mineral, tart mauzac is grown on a sandy-limestone plot near Limoux and left whole-cluster for (approx.) two weeks of skin-contact, then aged for over a year in sandstone amphora tying it back to the ground. Mangos and so many flowers, so concentrated, mineral muchness, a tangerines n’ cream fullness, then grip, like rough tree bark, with salt & acid peeking out at you.
